1. GID Industrial Announces First Acquisition in Boston Market

    GID Industrial has announced the additional of 100 Progress Way in Wilmington, MA, to its expanding portfolio. This 50,651 sq ft infill building represents the first industrial acquisition in the Boston market. GID plans to refurbish the building’s office and warehouse areas, adding new LED lighting and other improvements. GID Industrial is thrilled to add this project to its portfolio.
