Chairman

W. Gardner Wallace serves as Chairman of the firm and is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Mr. Wallace is responsible for developing the firm’s strategic goals and objectives.

Mr. Wallace previously served in a variety of roles in the firm’s Acquisitions Group from 1986-1997, and as Senior Vice President, he held direct acquisition responsibility for many of the properties acquired for the firm’s first co-investment real estate program.

Prior to joining the Acquisition team, Mr. Wallace maintained a wide range of responsibilities, supporting the firm’s property operations, real estate development, and non-real estate investment activities. Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
