Terence Bundy
Managing Director, Acquisitions, GID Industrial
Mr. Bundy serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions with GID Industrial. Mr. Bundy is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and the execution of industrial investments for the East Coast region, spanning Massachusetts to North Carolina. During his tenure at GID, he has been involved in the acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of GID’s industrial and multifamily co-investment and wholly-owned investment vehicles.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. Bundy served as Vice President of Commercial Loan Sale Advisory at Mission Capital Advisors in New York City where he sourced, developed, and managed new and existing client relationships. Additionally, Mr. Bundy was a CMBS Securitization Analyst at Merrill Lynch and Deloitte where he completed the collateral due diligence on CMBS transactions.
Mr. Bundy received a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) National Forums.
