Suzanne E. Mulvee is Chief Strategy Officer at GID. Ms. Mulvee is a member of the firm’s Executive and Multifamily and Credit Investment Committees. Ms. Mulvee oversees the firm’s Research and Data Analytics teams. She is responsible for guiding the firm’s investment strategies through the evaluation of economic drivers, capital market trends, real estate fundamentals, and real-time operating data from GID’s properties.
Prior to joining GID, Ms. Mulvee was Director and Real Estate Strategist at CoStar Portfolio Strategy and PPR, where she provided independent expertise and consulting in real estate markets, portfolio construction and mortgage risk analysis to large investment managers, life insurers, pension funds, banks, and private equity funds. Ms. Mulvee received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Financial and Managerial Economics from the University of New Hampshire and is a CFA Charterholder.
