Matthew Zimmerman

Director of Asset Management, GID Industrial

Matthew Zimmerman serves as Director of Asset Management with GID Industrial. Mr. Zimmerman is responsible for the oversight of assets in the Atlanta and Charlotte markets.

Prior to joining GID, Mr. Zimmerman served as Senior Vice President with Carter and led the asset management team for a $2 billion nationwide office, industrial and multifamily fund.  Prior to Carter Mr. Zimmerman served as an asset manager for the Southeast Region and an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Lend Lease/Equitable Real Estate.

Mr. Zimmerman received a BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license).
