Kyle Audet
Senior Vice President, Multifamily Operations
Kyle Audet is Senior Vice President of Operations for Windsor Communities. Mr. Audet is responsible for executing Windsor’s strategic business plan and driving operating performance across the platform in partnership with the firm’s portfolio management and asset management teams.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Audet was a Vice President in GID’s Portfolio Management group where he supported investment plan strategy and execution across the firm’s multifamily investment vehicles. Over his tenure at GID, Mr. Audet has held several roles on the Portfolio and Asset Management team including Asset Manager for properties in the firm’s East Coast and Sunbelt markets.
Before joining GID in 2012 as a Portfolio Management Analyst, Mr. Audet graduated from Northeastern University with a BS degree in Finance.
