Senior Vice President, Head of Debt Capital Markets
Jennifer Keller serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Debt Capital Markets for GID. Ms. Keller is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financing activities for existing and to-be-acquired properties in GID’s various multifamily and commercial portfolios. Before joining GID in 2021, Ms. Keller worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as a Managing Director. Throughout the course of her 16 years of experience in the origination and execution of financing and equity, she has been involved in more than $18B of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to JLL, Ms. Keller worked as an analyst for Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto.
Ms. Keller graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce.
