Hisham Kader*
Chief Financial Officer
Hisham Kader is the Chief Financial Officer at GID, overseeing Capital Markets, Finance and Accounting, Tax, Risk Management, and IT, and serves on the Advisory Board, Executive Committee and each investment committee of GID. Previously, he was CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Executive Director at W. P. Carey, a global real estate firm based in New York City that invests in net lease assets worldwide.
Before joining WPC in 2011, he worked for 14 years in the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, including a 6-year period when he was based at their offices in Sydney, Australia, and Brussels, Belgium, and advised public and private Asian and European companies.
Mr. Kader received a Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics and Communication from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India, an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.S. in Accounting from Pace University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York.¹
