Henry Newhall
Director, Asset Management, GID Industrial
Henry Newhall serves as Director of Asset Management with GID Industrial. Mr. Newhall is responsible for the oversight of leasing, operations and financial performance for the assets in the West Coast and Midwest markets.
Prior to joining GID, Henry held a senior asset management role with Evergreen Industrial Properties and served as Senior Vice President at Bailard Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of the Bailard Real Estate Investment Trust, an open-ended diversified private REIT of approximately $600 million in total market value. His career has also included positions with Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Mr. Newhall received a BA in Economics from The University of California, Davis.
