Christy Vasiliou

Director, Head of Property Management, GID Industrial

Christy Vasiliou serves as the Director, Head of Property Management for GID Industrial. Ms. Vasiliou oversees all of GID’s in house and third-party industrial property management nationally.

Prior to joining GID, Ms. Vasiliou served as the Vice President – Asset Management for Duke Realty’s Texas portfolio, comprised of over 28 million square feet. Ms. Vasiliou has worked in commercial real estate for over twenty-five years and has served in leadership roles such as Managing Director and Senior Vice President for national commercial real estate management firms.

Ms. Vasiliou received her BBA in Marketing from Baylor University and is involved in various commercial real estate organizations.
