Christopher Frank is Senior Vice President for the Southeast Region, overseeing the management and operation of communities in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Christopher has over 15 years of industry experience, including as Portfolio Operations Director at AvalonBay and Director of Asset Management at TruAmerica Multifamily prior to joining Windsor in 2018. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Rutgers University School of Business.
