Brendan McCarthy
Chief Operating Officer, GID Industrial
Brendan McCarthy serves as Chief Operating Officer for GID Industrial where he oversees the firm’s leasing, construction management, property management, and operational execution across its national industrial portfolio. He is responsible for driving platform performance, optimizing internal processes, and scaling the firm’s operations in alignment with strategic objectives.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. McCarthy was a Vice President for LINK Logistics Real Estate, overseeing the firm’s 30 million square foot portfolio in Dallas Texas. He also served as Vice President with Colony Capital, overseeing a 15 million square foot portfolio across the Mountain West.
Mr. McCarthy received a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University and serves on the Dallas NAIOP Board of Directors.
