Andrew Zelman

Senior Vice President, Southeast Investments

Andrew Zelman serves as Senior Vice President of Southeast Investments at GID. He is responsible for originating, underwriting and closing new multifamily acquisition and development opportunities in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Zelman joined the firm in June 2020 and is based in the GID’s Atlanta office. 

Prior to his time at GID, Mr. Zelman spent five years at CARROLL, a fully-integrated multifamily owner/operator based in Atlanta, where he was responsible for origination and execution of new acquisition opportunities, as well as managing the disposition process. Prior to CARROLL, Mr. Zelman held roles at Jamestown, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), and Berkshire Residential. 

Mr. Zelman graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007.
