Adam Kietz

Director, Originations, GID Credit

Adam Kietz, CFA is a Director for GID Credit and is responsible for the origination of credit investments including the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing of loan opportunities. Prior to joining GID, Mr. Kietz served on the investment team at Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies, where he focused on originations, underwriting, and asset management of the firm’s credit portfolio. Prior to Mack, Mr. Kietz served on the investment team at GPC Partners, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions, as well as mezzanine and construction loan origination. Mr. Kietz began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked with individual and institutional clients building investment portfolios across public securities and private fund placements. 

Mr. Kietz received a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Kietz is a CFA Charterholder.
