GID announced today the formation of a joint venture partnership with the Jackson-Shaw Company to develop Parc NorthEast, a four building light industrial property located in northeast Dallas-Fort Worth in Richardson, Texas. Construction is set to commence the second quarter of 2018 and be completed by the second quarter of 2019. This joint venture is the fourth in Dallas-Fort Worth and the seventh overall between GID and the Jackson-Shaw Company.
The property, located off Telecom Parkway in Richardson and three miles east of CityLine, will consist of four Class-A light industrial buildings totaling 434,640 square feet. The buildings will feature rear and front-load configurations, 28 foot clear heights, 160 to 225 foot building depths, and abundant car parking.
