Boston – (May 11, 2016) – GID announced today the formation of a joint venture with Mill Creek Residential Trust to develop Modera Hall Street, a 340 unit luxury apartment community located in Dallas, Texas. The project will be located on a 3.5 acre site just west of the intersection of North Hall Street and Ross Avenue, adjacent to a planned Kroger grocery store.
The property will feature a large courtyard with sundeck and swimming pool, secondary courtyard with outdoor seating and grilling area, fitness center, and a sky lounge located on the fifth floor that will contain a resident lounge, business center and kitchen. Unit finishes will include 9 foot ceilings, vinyl plank flooring in the kitchens and living rooms, quartz counter tops with under-mount sinks, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, full size stackable washers and dryers in all units and bathrooms equipped with quartz countertops, ceramic flooring and tiled tub and shower surrounds. The unit mix will consist of 9% studios, 70% one-bedrooms and 21% two-bedrooms, with an overall average unit size of 862 square feet.
This transaction represents the third joint venture between Mill Creek and GID.
