Boston, MA – (October 1, 2018) GID announced today that it has acquired Modera by the Galleria, a 321 unit apartment community located in the Midtown submarket of Dallas, Texas. Modera by the Galleria is one of six assets acquired by GID as part of the nationwide Elite Apartment Portfolio transaction. The property is adjacent to the Dallas Galleria offering residents walkability to significant retail and several places of employment. Both urban and suburban employment centers are easily accessible due to the property’s close proximity to the Dallas North Tollway and the LBJ Freeway.

Built in 2018, the mid-rise property was constructed as a five-story wrap building.
