GID is proud to announce a joint venture partnership with Crescent Communities to develop NOVEL Morrisville located in Raleigh, NC.
The Morrisville community features 326 residential units and ten townhome units with attached garages. The project will feature amenities that include a fitness center, swimming pool, courtyard, club room, and co-working lounge.
Driven by a young and highly educated workforce, Raleigh has experienced strong employment growth highlighted by recent expansion announcements from Apple, Google, and Microsoft. The community is also in the Research Triangle, anchored by Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State University.
