GID Urban Logistics announced today that it has entered into a forward commitment agreement with Phelan-Bennett Development to acquire a to be constructed 179,200 sf Class-A light industrial building known as Windfern Northwest Distribution Center. Construction is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2019 and be completed by the second quarter of 2020.
The Property is located off Windfern Road within the northwest corridor of Houston, TX. Situated just outside Beltway 8 and Highway 249 and Highway 290, the Property offers easy access throughout the metro. The Houston CBD is located 20 miles to the south and the George Bush Intercontinental Airport is located 15 miles to the east.
