The property is located in the North Station neighborhood of Downtown Boston and sits directly above the North Station MBTA Orange and Green Line stops with commuter rail access. The property is adjacent to TD Garden, home of the NBA Boston Celtics and the NHL Boston Bruins, as well as the host of numerous concerts, all of which add to the vibrancy of the neighborhood.
