Turtle Creek is one of six assets acquired by GID as part of the nationwide Elite Apartment Portfolio transaction. The property is situated on Cedar Springs Road which provides easy access to the Katy Trail (.25 miles), McKinney Avenue in Uptown (.5 miles) and the Dallas North Tollway (.6 miles).
