GID announced today that it acquired Corner 4209, a 191 unit luxury apartment community located in Fairfax, Virginia, approximately 17 miles west of Washington, D.C. The property lies in the heart of Fairfax at the confluence of several major thoroughfares including US-29, US-50, and Interstate 66. Interstate 66 provides residents easy access to downtown Washington, D.C (thirty minutes) and Tyson’s Corner (fifteen minutes). The site is located five miles west of the Vienna Metro Station which is on the Washington, D.C. Metro’s Orange Line.
