In GID’s summer internship program, we provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world challenges designed to help interns grow personally and professionally. Our interns work alongside industry professionals, learn the ins and outs of real estate, and contribute to projects that matter.
About The Internship:
- Summer interns work closely with members of their team, ranging from Analysts to Senior Vice Presidents and have extensive exposure to GID’s leadership team. Interns develop a strong understanding of the multifamily and industrial sectors and the assets and markets within the various GID portfolios. Over the course of the internship program, the interns gain core competencies and foundational and sector-specific knowledge necessary to succeed in the real estate sector.
- The program includes a robust training curriculum designed specifically for the interns. The skills learned during these sessions will be applied to a presentation delivered at the end of the program to members of GID’s Executive Committee.
- Educational and social events are scheduled throughout the program that provide knowledge sharing, professional development and networking.
