R. Tyler Hardy

Tyler Hardy serves as Director of Acquisitions with GID Industrial. Mr. Hardy is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of industrial investments in the West Coast and the Northern Midwest regions of the United States.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. Hardy served as Vice President of West Coast acquisitions at Colony Capital where he helped acquire over $6 billion of industrial assets. Mr. Hardy served as Director of Acquisitions with Next Realty, a family investment office and spent 15 years as a commercial real estate broker working at CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, and JLL, representing landlords in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties.
Mr. Hardy received a BS in both Marketing and Business Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
